ENS and Open Enterprise Server 2018 (x86_64)

Jump to solution

Hi all,

I am looking for a confirmation about ENS being compatible with the Open Enterprise Server 2018 (x86_64).

Unfortunately it is not listed in the KB87073. Is there any other reference? Can someone confirm it?

Thank you in advance

Hello @Herkules,

Thank you for your query,

Unfortunately, if it is not mentioned on the list than it is not a supported platform.

Adding a OS to a supported platform needs to go through various Management Cycle and approval.

If you think this OS needs to be added in supported platform, I would advise you to create PER request for the same.

Refer the below article for PER

Hello @Herkules ,

Thank you for query.

Please can you confirm if you are looking for the compatibility of ENS with Novell Open Enterprise Server 11 (64-bit) SP1.

If yes, then this compatible.

The same compatibility is mentioned in the below article

Hi @Former Member

Thank you for your reply.

No, this is another server and it is relatively new and as I mentioned before it is not in the list.

The Novell Open Enterprise Server 11 (64-bit) SP1 was released in 2012.
