ENS Update fails

ePO reports failed updates for most of my ENS protected machines. If I go to the machine itself, it appears to update with no issue.

Thankyou for reaching us on community!

It would very helpful if you can let me know where where you see this error and how you deployed the product to the client machine.

If you try with "run client task now" then it would show as failed if installation take smore than 20min as "run client task now" has default 20 minutes to cannel the task.

In case if you are doing 'edit task on a single system' and then applying a deployment task and still it fails then i would recommend checking whether all the ports mentioned in the below article is open :

It is important to make sure that the Agent extension id up to detain EPO (ignore this if you are using Mvision EPO ).

Also, you can try deploying the latest McAfee Agent version and MsgBus cert from EPO.
