ENS Installation using PS Command Shell rather than Script

Good day,

W10 systems.  PowerShell command console blocked via another program.

Running into problems with ENS 10.6.1 generating error messages when attemting to use the PS command console rather than a script:

01/19/19 5:27 AM "System Name" [*COMMAND*] Dism.exe /Online /Add-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackagePath:McAfeeWebControl.appx /SkipLicense

We block the use of the PS command console on most systems within our environment.

Q1.  For security reasons, shouldn't the installation routine use scripts rather than the command console?

Q2.  Is the failure to execute this command going to cause any problems for the WC or TP installations?

Thanks,

DocB
