ENS Firewall 10.7 not disable by policy

hello,

after upgrading ens from 10.6.1 to 10.7, when i disable firewall in ePO ENS firewall policy and enforce policy to clients, it (Firewall) doesn't disable. every other policies are enforced and work fine but disabling firewall is not working.

ePO Version:5.10 Update 5
Agent Version:5.6.2
ENS Version:10.7

Hi @farhook14 

Thank you for posting this issue. We don't currently have any known issues regarding this, therefore I will need to ask you to open a Service Request with us so we can investigate this issue properly. The community will not allow us to efficiently troubleshoot this with all the required information.

Please run the MER Tool on an affected client, open a Service Request via the Service Portal for ENSFW and upload the MER results to that request. Our Technical Support Team will be able to review the data collected and provide next steps and if possible a solution.
