Hi All,
We are building a command scan command with automation tools
Which looking for if there any return code can be find by ENS command line
I can find that a Existing code list, which return "0" after a scan start successful
But seem no detail of scan result, (e.g. return 100 when malware detected)
May it be any scan result return code of ENS command scan?
Regards
Tony

Hi @tony2 ,
Thank you for posting in community forum. From the below document, amcfg tool command is used to run the ODS scanning such as Quick Scan, Full Scan, and Custom scan.
There are only two exit codes where 0 means that the command is executed successfully and 1 return code means that the command didn't execute properly due to various reasons such as invalid parameters.
Here for the use case VSCLI (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB52229 ) is better option to consider for this.
Kind Regards,

Hi @tony2 ,
You may also check the status of the Scan and the output it as follows.
1. When scan completes without any errors or detection.
2. When scan completes with Detection.
Please refer OnDemandScan_Activity.log in C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Endpoint Security\Logs
Thanks
