ENS AMCore content updating

ENS AMCore content update having issue on the client machines as it is not updating for couple of days and automatically updating on next day. How to trace the issue? Which log file I need to check and is there any plugin file available to reset? Running with ENS 10.5.4 and MA 5.0.6 version and managed by ePO 5.9

There are a number of things which could be causing the issue here. Considering the issue is resolved after a few days the issue, there could be a potential network issue.

If you want to look at the logs yourself, you may want to look into the mcscript log at time of the task. If you look for entries which are marked as "E" - standing for error - you might be able to see why it's failing. You can find these product logs under: C:\ProgramData\McAfee > then it'll be either under Agent or Common Framework and then Logs.

AMCore updates are handled by the agent. The only reason it would be failing from an ENS perspective is if the ENS services aren't running. You can easily verify this with an EICAR test. If this is working fine, then the agent will need to be investigated first.
