Re: ENS 10.7 blocking tight VNC connections to computers

Hello ,

So far we have not seen any issues with TightVNC due to McAfee , Perhaps TightVNC at times interrupts the ENS installation.

We need to understand the nature of the issue so that e can recommend the steps as per the issue behavior .

To begin with , start disabling the ENS modules [OAS, AP & EP ]and isolate which module is causing the issue . Once found , try to add an exclusion and check if that makes any difference

If issue still appears , Kindly reach out to vendor for further assistance .

Thanks but I had figured it out, the endpoint firewall was blocking the ports needed for Tight VNC so I made an exception for those ports and it worked.
