I installed the recent ENS 10.7 Bundle into the Evaluation Branch on two separate EPO environments. In both cases, all of the various options completed with the exception of the Endpoint Security Platform.
Endpoint Security Platform for 10.7 shows as “Updating” but the status never changes to “Completed.” The log file displayed the following.. Has anyone seen this before? In order to get past this, I had to reboot the EPO server and remove the installed software from the Evaluation Branch. I was once told that there may be a buffer setting that needs to be updated to allow you to install the ENS 10.7 bundle. Is that true?
I then installed the two extensions manually. I then re-installed ENS 10.7 into the Evaluation Branch

However, there seems to be no error at check-in from the log output.
It could be the following knowledge issue:

If the Platform extension file status does not change after rebooting, you need to reinstall the extension file.
If you are able to confirm the reproducibility of this issue, we recommend that you enable debug logging in ePO, reproduce the issue, collect the MER logs, and create a new service request.
