ENS 10.6 Not Detecting EICAR File

I'm testing migrating from Anitvirus Enterprise 8.8 to ENS 10.6 and I have ENS installed on a couple of computers.  I downloaded some EICAR test files ( and but ENS is not identifying it as a virus.  On Access and On Demand Scans both come up clean.  A computer running Anitvirus Enterprise 8.8 immediately reports the same EICAR test files as a virus.  I checked my policies and they appear to be setup correctly.  Any idea why ENS is not detecting it as a virus?
