ENS 10.6.1 with Dec update - AppCrash - P1:Powershell.exe P4: HIPHandlers64.dll

One of our critical Windows Server 2012 R2 has ENS 10.6.1 with December update has been deployed. Server has been restarted since the ENS installed. We notice there are lot of application errors with Event id 1000. Has anyone seen this before? Any fix is appreciated?
