November 2019 update was not pulled, as there was not a release in November this year. The release prior to the December 2019 release was the October update, following the two month release cycle.

Thank you for your response here. From Tech Support, based on my 2 week observation in the Service Requests logged, I have not really come across any major concerns with respect to ENS 10.6.1 December update. Having said that, as you said, It is always best to test them on a test setup before deploying them to production environment!

There is a confirmed issue that causing the Active Response client to crash after applying the ENS December 10.6.1 update.
I would stay away from this one if you run Active Response in your environment.
