Thank you for your prompt response with the logs.

Checking these logs clearly points to the same information you pasted on the forum. However, We have the location from which the downloading happens. Can you confirm that this zip file is downloadable?

http://update.nai.com:80/products/commonupdater/Current/AMCORDAT2000/DAT/0000/scanner-0001-0075-x86_...

To be honest, this file is not exactly facing a download failure. The zip file is failing its hash check for some reason. I hope there is no third party AV application present on this machine. I would recommend creating a Service request with us if the download goes through just fine on the link above.

The Agent team should be able to get this investigated for you.

*Note: please upgrade the McAfee Agent to the latest you have before verifying ad creating a Service request with us.

Adithyan,

The file downloaded without issue onto the server that's having issues.  There is no third party AV application installed and I made sure Windows-Defender was removed before installing ENS.  Based on your advice I will open a case on Monday after I upgrade the agent to the latest version.  Thank you for all your help today
