ENS 10.5

Jump to solution
Where can I find process names for ODS and OAS as well as the antivirus product. Also, when I look at my client ODS and OAS logs my activity logs have a different date stamp to my debug logs. My ODS activity log date is accurate but my ODS debug log is not. How does this work?

Ahhh, it looks like you don't have debug logging enabled. So the log file hasn't updated. If you were to enable it the file would likely be populated and updated.

Here is a list of processes ENS installs: https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB87791

OAS and ODS scanning is performed by mcshield.

What do you mean they have a different date stamp? The actual date is incorrect? Can you share an example?

Thank you for replying. Here is a snapshot. How does the activity log relate to the debug log? Why are the dates so far apart?
