ENS 10.5.3 HF1 Black/Blue screen - system down

Dears,

Does anybody struggle with black/blue BSOD screens while installing HF1 for ENS 10.5.3 on Win10?

There is no problem on Win7. So far we noticed this issue on Win10 desktops (both 1703 and 1709).

It happens at the very beginning  while updating VSCORE from 15.7.0.665 to 15.7.0.744

After reboot system fails to start.

On the SrtTrail.txt we only see :

Root cause found:
---------------------------
Boot critical file c:\windows\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys is corrupt.

Repair action: File repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x2
Time taken = 3172 ms

Root cause found:
---------------------------
Boot critical file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mfeelamk.sys is corrupt.

Repair action: File repair
Result: Completed successfully. Error code = 0x0 Time taken = 875 ms

Tried this with removing drivers but no success.

Regards,
Przem0

I haven't come across this elsewhere. Best suggestion to come to mind is engage with McAfee Support to begin capturing what data we can from the system for inspection/analysis.
