1) Contacting tech Support via a Service Request and uploading the vbs file sample using the below link where the procedures are described:

2) Support will verify if the file is False malicious or not and based on the provided information (like detection name, purpose of the file or where it is found and why you suspect this is a false positive), we can make the necessary changes and rectify if it is a false positive or help you with corrective measures.
Kindly please help us with the sample to investigate further via a Service Request.
