Does McAfee protect against these Vulnerabilities?

Good day Everyone,

Could someone please help me in understanding whether McAfee ENS or any of its components protect against the Microsoft Exchange Server Remote Code Execution Vulnerability (CVE numbers CVE-2021-28480, CVE-2021-28481, CVE-2021-28482, CVE-2021-28483) .

For instance if Exploit prevention got a rule, what is the rule name?

Any info on this will help.

Thanks in Advance,

Sabarikumar KB

Re: Does McAfee protect against these Vulnerabilities?

Hi @Sabarikumar,

Good day to you!

These CVEs are out of scope for Exploit prevention coverage.

But if there are any IOCs or samples that are found to exploit this vulnerability they could share them with us through a service request to check and confirm if protection can be provided through the DAT contents
I hope this helps

Thanks for your reply. Will do that.. And by any chance the behavioral based detection happen in ATP for these?
