Citrix .ICA Files Downloaded from Edge Blocked by ENS On Access Scanner

We're running ENS 10.5.4 and Citrix Receiver 4.12 on Windows 10 1803, and we're noticing that when we attempt to connect to XenApps for XenDesktops using Edge, the Citrix .ica can't be downloaded, and we see the on access scanner log reporting:

08/29/2018 11:48:38.486 AM    mfetp(9496.9972) <SYSTEM> oasbl.OAS.Debug: The file could not be read/written due to an unspecified error Domain\UserID C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Local\packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState\Downloads\Q1RYMDNfUFJPRC5FTUlF.ica.etask8e.partial

08/29/2018 11:48:41.286 AM    mfetp(9496.9972) <SYSTEM> oasbl.OAS.Debug:The file could not be read/written due to an unspecified error Domain\userID C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Local\Temp\2\2FF5.tmp

If we disable on access scanning there's no issue.

If we use IE, there's no issue.

Has anyone seen this before and know of a resolution?  The error messages aren't specifying a particular signature which makes it difficult to create an exclusion.

Did you ever find the resolve for this?
