Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and ENS 10.6/10.7

Jump to solution

Hi, All

I have issue with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 4.8.01090: after installing ENS 10.6/10.7 (we using ENS without firewall) Cisco ACSMC didn't find the the Wi-Fi adapter of the laptops where it is runs.

OS environment -  Windows 10 Ent. x64 1803/1809/1903/1909

In ENS events - nothing suspicious.

Cisco ACSMC logs contain information about problems accessing to network adapter.

After deleting ENS - everything works fine.

Any ideas, how to resolve this issue?

Thanks

Hi @vvadim

That's great. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

We are expecting the fix for this issue to be contained within the next release. And this is targeted for April (this is subject to change though).

If it's possible - how to enable NDIS driver back?

Asking for the case if we will want rollback for some cause.

I'm afraid only re-installing or upgrading the product will reinstall and re-enable this driver.
