@jwatkinson We had the similar issue last week and we checked the KB articles KB91031 and KB90848 but both did not help and we had to contact McAfee for complete analysis.
In your case, I would recommend you to collect MER and other required bumps and talk to McAfee this is because the issue could be of different reasons. So it is better you talk to vendor for a complete solution.
Please submit a MER and Full Memory Dump to Technical Support so that we can investigate the cause of the crash. We currently don't have any known issues for this driver causing BSOD's.
