Thanks for posting details in community.
For any 3rd party blocking applications, we request to follow the below KB and identify the AP rule that is blocking. If disabling the rule is working, then you can add the exclusions accordingly against the rule.

If this is not working, then you can add general exclusions under Access Protection policy. As soon as you open your policy, you find exclusions section where you can add this path and see if that works.
