ATP Events with no proper information

Good day! 

We continue receiving ATP events which says "Not Available/Not Available" for source, target path etc. 

Could someone help in understanding what are these and how to avoid these?

From the provided screenshot, the issue seems to be with the target file description not available in the ATP events.

We needed to investigate this in detail. 

I request you to open an SR with MER logs with our support and we can investigate in detail regarding this failure.
