First we need to check which feature of ENS is blocking the mstsc.

- Access protection
- Exploit Prevention
- Firewall

- I suspect if this is related to rdp port then ENS firewall is involved here. Could you please provide us the firewall event monitor logs which would provide clarity moreover we dont have these issue with ENS 10.6 or 10.7 version of ENS.

Could you please let us know which version of ENS you are currently using and which update ?

Alternatively, You can enable the adaptive mode in firewall to see if the issue is fixed, if yes then firewall is stopping to access rdp.
