unable to type on McAfee login window

we are currently running Drive Encryption 7.2.1 and Number of users have reported that they are unable to TYPE anything on McAfee login window.

We have found a workaround to take laptop off power, force shutdown and start.

Please we need to find root cause of problem and a prominent solution.
