XML Error

Hi,

In my Organization One Windows Operating System  got corrupted and we trying to retrieve the data form the HDD. For that we are trying to decrypt the Encryption from the laptop. After adding the XML file we are getting an error " FAILED TO RETRIEVE THE  KEY CHECK  FROM THE DISK THE PRIMARY DISK.PRESS OK to CONTINUE AUTHENTICATION or CANCEL or ABORT". Kindly help me out to fix the issue to retrieve the data.

It's quite normal if the MBR has been damaged. Follow the workflow from your training around verifying the key using the workspace, and then use the remove option as appropriate

BE SURE TO VERIFY THE KEY BEFORE PROCEEDING!
