I have a few instances where users keep getting locked out of EEPC 6.1.2. When the user attempts to perform a recovery, the wrong user name is displayed and they cannot get into the machine. On top of that, if I go to Menu > Data Protection > Encryption Users, to search for the machine, it does not show up. However, I can find the machine in the system tree if I perform a normal search. Has anyone seen this or know what might be causing the issue? Any insight is appreciated.
I initially mis-spoke. It is the machine name that is being displayed wrong during an administrative recovery. For instance, when the user gives the client code and I input it in the ePO server to perform an administrative recovery, the wrong machine name is displayed on the server.
