A new problem has popped up just today with our ePO server. When trying to perform a recovery the administrator is unable to type the "1", "8" or "0" keys. This problem happens on multiple machines, even after a restart. The numbers just don't show up at all, regardless of what machine they're typed from, or if they're typed from the number line or the number pad - copying and pasting doesn't even work, I.E. I can type "1234567890" in notepad and then try to paste it in the "Challenge Code" spot and I get "2345679"

Never say never - it's not inconceivable your helpdesk is the first to find a bug, but it's unlikely in this case - those chars should not be created by a v6 client.
Now, a v5 client will create them - but you can't recover a v5 client from EPO....
