I have a user who can't login with their AD credentials. We have reset their EEPC token, logged into Windows with their AD credentials and then synced up. We verify that the AD password has synced by rebooting and logging in with his AD credentials. All is great until the next morning and then they can't login again. It doesn't accept their AD password and doesn't accept the answers to the security questions. (We made them super easy answers for testing and it still didn't accept them).
Is there a reason why his password and security question answers continue to be synching to something else?

Forgot to update this:
Went all the way to Tier 2 support for this. We ended up having to delete the user from the sql database. After doing that we synchronized and everything worked fine. The McAfee rep couldn't explain why this was happening.
