Unable to access Read-Only (Application partition) - Encrypted USB

Hi - I'm unable to access the Application partition of my Encrypted USB Drive.  Both partitions, application and locked/encrypted, appear; the locked/encrypted drive appears as a disk whereas the application partition appears as a CD Drive.  Anyone have this problem and a fix/workaround?  I have 3 usb sticks configured with a primary and secondary user all doing the same thing on multiple PCs (desktop & laptop, XP Pro, Vista and 7)... did I do something wrong?

Thanks,

R.

Re: Unable to access Read-Only (Application partition) - Encrypted USB

Hey g114,

It appears I did not configure the drives correctly the 1st time around.  After not having received a response I decided to wipe and start over.  Whatever I did wrong the 1st time, I did not do the 2nd time.

When loading the USB device I now see the "Locked" portable media and an additional drive that appears as a CD Drive however is now executable so auto-run loads the Access Enterprise application.  I'm assuming the application drive was not configured correctly.

I know this may not help your particular situation.  Good luck.
