I have several computers running EEPC 184.108.40.2065 and they are working fine.
But on one machine, strange things happen
The machine had a bluescreen, and then the machine rebooted. When the user wanted to authenticate in preboot environment with his token and PIN, it gave an error "token authentication parameters incorrect".
We figured out that the preboot requested the 12345 default password and then it wanted the user to register his token again, and set a PIN. But the security questions were saved from previous registration.
This is the second time it happened with this specific machine. Unfortunately I have no information about the bluescreen because it's not writing the dumpfile.
What could cause this behaviour that the user needs to register again in preboot??
