My VM cannot be encrypted - am I missing something

Good day...

I have a labbed envirnonment and am trying to encrypt my VM

It is Win  7 it just runs to say that it is updating users and then remains inactive.

Am I missing something

McAfee DE 7.1

Hm,

there are different situations where a drive is not decrypted.

1) There is no user assigned -> check assigned users in EPO.

2) DE Policy is set to use Endpoint Encryption Go status -> but EEGO is not installed.

3) In some cases DE cannot detect theharddrive. Try to set the policy to encrypt Local C drive instead of all fixed drives.

Normally when i checked this settings DE was always working.
