Moving to different ePO server from one with MEE

Just checking with you guys if I am correct.

So if I have an ePO server with MEE 6.0 installed and I want to move to a separate ePO server - do I need to decrypt all my machines prior to moving them to the new one?

Is there an alternate way rather than decrypting the whole machines and encrypting. Thanks!

Re: Moving to different ePO server from one with MEE

I knew this question had been asked before and have found that this is not possible because there's no function to move the Encryption keys from one ePO server to another.

Moving the ePO server database to another location is however possible, but to move just the EEPC clients from one ePO server A  to ePO server B, is not.

Since this has been asked before, I will look to have this topic documented in the McAfee KnowledgeBase today.

All the best
