I am having the following problem on a Dell notebook that is encrypted with EEPC 7.0.2
When I started the following error appears
Missing operating system
Then boot the disc EETECH Standalone and try to remove the EE but when authentic with the code of the day but the XML file and give me appears Remover
Endpoint encryption is not currently active
Then boot the barpe and try to extract the data and I have no access when I authenticate with XML error appears
This file does not Appear to be related to the primary disk. Press OK to continue or cancel to abort authentication
Any suggestions on how I can extract data

You need to test the XML file using the workspace - make sure it sectors the disk correctly. If it does you can force decrypt the partition.
You need to find out what the user did to get in this state though - maybe they tried to reinstall the os?
Thanks for the reply SafeBoot
