It is possible next migration scenario:
(do NOT import anything from EEPC 5.2, current EEPC 5.2 users does exist in Microsoft AD).
1. On notebook with worked eepc 5.2.12 install McAfee Agent and EEPC 7.0
2. On ePO add Microsoft AD users.
3. ReBoot notebook and update EEPC from 5.2 to 7.0 on notebook.
What to do if status still "Upgardable" even if McAfee Agent finish (few times) communication with ePO and few users has been assigned.
Which endpoints logs can be examined ?
After few days of synchroniztion and rebooting EEPC has been upgraded to version 7.

the EEPC product logs to mfeepe.log - you can check that for errors.
Usually slow activations are either network problems, or you are assigning lots of users which take a long time to be delivered to the pc.
