Mcafee Drive Encryption is utilizing Intel AES-NI does it mean that mcafee drive encryption only supports intel processors? How about other processors such as AMD Processors ?

That's and interesting question. My understanding is that if Intel AES-NI compatible processor is detected it would use it's algorithm to speed up the encryption process, but if non-AES-NI processor is used, it will still work.

Cyberbm is correct. AES-NI support was added around version 6.2 (Can't remember the exact version of the top of my head).
