I have deployed the EEPC on Windows 7 64 bit Lenovo laptops.
Once the disk was encrypted, the McAfee software over-rides the built in Lenovo fingerprint software.
Essentially, both the McAfee software and Lenovo fingerprint software present their own windows login screen. They therefore cannot co-exist.
( I know i can prevent McAfee from using its own windows login box)
But is it possible to Integrate McAfee with the Lenovo (UPEK) fingerprint reader?
How would you propose to achieve that?
Use EEPC for pre-boot only (do not use SSO), then rely on Finger Print software for Windows authentication?
I was in a confusion, any reported issues on windows 7 64 bit ? I am seeing it is taking time in updating and applying new EEPC policies ?
