Re: McAfee EEPC 7.0.2 Disk size limit

Hello, Alfie Condino,

I don't think that there is an issue with your hard disk size.

Please follow this link McAfee KnowledgeBase - Supported Platforms, Environments and Operating Systems for Endpoint Encrypti... for more details.

You can check again your policies.

Re: McAfee EEPC 7.0.2 Disk size limit

Thank Willsonlebig for the response. I think there's no problem with the policy, all of the other PC with the same policy works fine without any error.

Only on that PC with 2TB HDD, any way i forgot to mention the PC has 2 2TB drive installed.

Thanks

Re: McAfee EEPC 7.0.2 Disk size limit

Do you mean there are 2 HDD and each HDD size is 2TB?

And you would like to encrypt all the 2 HDD?

Re: McAfee EEPC 7.0.2 Disk size limit

After removing the 2nd drive i managed to active the encryption. I think there's a problem with the 2bd drive, i am now running chkdsk to check if there's any bad sector.

Thanks

if it's supported by the bios then eepc will support it.
