Hardware raid is somewhat supported from what I know, but software ones won't work because EEPC requires Basic disks.

Re: McAfee EEPC 6.1 RAID encryption

There's no "supported" RAID hardware, it's always unsupported, though it may work perfectly. We don't have the demand to do any formal hardware validation of RAID, and of course, supporting it in the event of a controller problem is incredibly difficult without expert help from the RAID controller vendor.

Several customers have chosen to install EEPC on servers with HW RAID controllers, but they have dones so at their own risk.
