McAfee Drive Encryption Password Cases

Hello,

We have some cases where we are unable to understand why it is happening and what are best solutions/recommendations.

>>windows password is expired and its prompt for change,user did the same but after restart the machine user is unable to logon on PBA with newly changed password and old password too.

>>User had changed the password of windows with ctrl+alt+del,but after restart the machine unable to login on McAfee PBA.

>>Admin has change the password for user in AD,when user restart the machine it will not allowing to login on McAfee PBA.

>>When we have changed the password of McAfee PBA for particular user,after restart the machine SSO is not working and in some machine newly changed password and old password is not working,In this case we need to change windows password,but why??
