I used SEP 2 years ago and SEP agent didn't uninstall McAfee Agent software. With SEP license I think you have an Alteris (but called Symantec Endpoint Protection Integration Component - SEPIC) license. SEPIC works like McAfee Agent. After I install SEP 12.x on my clients, they works with McAfee Agent smoothly but have no integration.
