Wondering if anyone has seen this sort of issue with machines that have MDE installed on it:
The device, a Lenovo Tiny M73 with Windows 10, freezes when it arrives at the MDE logon screen during a system restart, which forces the user to perform a hard shut down and power up in order to enter MDE and Windows credentials. This only happens during a system restart, never a system shut down. We have Lenovo laptops with MDE but have only experienced this issue on the Lenovo Tinys.
Any assistance is appreciated..
I've seen that on a few Dell models. We apply the "Enable pre-boot USB support" option under Boot Options and have great success. Having said that McAfee does not recommend that setting and we do it on a case-by-case basis.
