MDE 7.2.1, Agent 5.0.6.220, Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB (Version 1607, Build 14393.1593), User not added

Hi all

I've following Problem:

If one user passes his notebook to another user, he just logoff and the new user logs on.
Or if an user is not known in the PBA, his supporter logs on and then off - the new user logs on after this.

Because of "Add all previous and current local Domain users of the System", the new user should be known next time in the PBA.

We've tested this Szenario and it worked fine...

Now, since a few weeks/months, we have following Problem: the new user will not be known at next boot.

I've found in MfeEpe.log - and guess, this is a hint for the reason:

If I look at "reg query \\<node>\HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\SessionData /s", I will find in session 1 the logged off user and in session 2 the current user.

Is there a way to handle this issue?

Hausi
