Incorrect Dashboard Report EE: Installed version

Hi All,

Few days ago ePO starts to detect installed version incorrectly and shows it in Dashboard Report EE: Installed version.

I see the same system with installed EEPC in the and in the Not Installed.

Please let me know if you also had the same error.

I have found out strange list of Installed products in the System Details:


For other system I see:


So it seems the McAfee Agent is sending to server wrong information

The solution was:

  1. Manual removing McAfee Agent from client PC
  2. Restart PC
  3. Deploy Agent from ePO
  4. Restart PC
