How to use "userdirectory.getAttribute" command.

Jump to solution

Hello,

I understand the parameter of "userdirectory.getAttribute" are following.

- itemDn/itemId

- attribName

I would like to know what is the "attribName" we can specify. Logon name, Display name, User account control?

I tried following Web API command, the results is "The required attribute is not found"...

Userdirectory only has a limited number of attributes. The only attribute with any value that can be exported is "username". The username attribute is the value set for "Logon Name". The output will be in hex padded with 00 values:

7400:6500:7300:7400:7500:7300:6500:7200

(t e s t u s e r)

All other attributes are unreadable. The full list of attributes are are:

InternalNetBiosServerID

InternalLdapUniqueID

userAccountControl

username

domainName
