How to run offline decryption of WDE?

Hey all,

I hope I have the right location. I am running the following:

McAfee EPO 5.1.3-188

McAfee Agent 5.0.4.283

Drive Agent: 7.1.3.604

A laptop came in and is not booting. I want to remove the encryption so that I can try to savage any data or try to repair. I am not sure how to do this since it won't boot to windows. How can I do this?
