How to encrypt only one external drive

I have deployed ePO with Drive Encryption to protect laptops in my company. Some of those laptops have an usb external backup drive. What is the best solution to encrypt those usb drives? Is it possible to encrypt only this one usb drive connected to laptop (not every usb stick pluged in)?

Look at using the "File & Removable Media Protection" product instead? It should already be available to you as part of the Data Protection suite..

I installed "File & Removable Media Protection" extension and don't know how to set up policy (Policy Settings > Removable Media > My Default) to encrypt only one removable disk.
