what are the main difference between regular and personal key?

how can i create a regular key and another key as personal key?

No, you can't but if you want only a specific user to have access to a key, you could just assign the regular key to that particular user. There would no need to change it to a personal key.

You can change a personal key to a regular key if required.

hi Naveen,

sorry for late respond, let me rephrase my question; after creating the key from ePO menu> FRP keys> actions> new key.

i get regular keys how can i change it to personal key.

what are the difference between them by functionality.... or in other words when should i use regular or personal key?

i didn't understand that from the product guide...

Here goes use cases to highlight the use of both:

Imagine you have a HR folder on a network share that you want to be encrypted, and ensure that only a particular set of users have access to it. You create an encryption policy, associate a Regular Key and assign that Regular key to the set of users who need access. Regular keys don't have any special attributes; User Personal Keys can be referenced generically in policies and unique keys are created for users who are assigned User Personal Keys via Grant Key Policy..
