Endpoint Encryption for Files&Folders v4.x - MSIs in single-user mode

Jump to solution

Is there a reason why eeff32.msi and eef64.msi are configured to install in per-user mode?  This is the default for MSI but can be changed at the package level with Orca or other MSI authoring tools.

Does anyone else have to re-package EEFF for ALLUSERS=1?  Am I alone in having to do this?  This is causing EPO Agent-managed product deployments to fail since we don't allow per-user installs on our machines.

API documentation is available at:

It looks like McAfee updated ALLUSERS=1 in the latest update of 4.1.1, solving this issue permanently.
