Endpoint Encrypted drive - error trying to boot on a different PC

I have a SATA drive, running Windows 8.1, protected by McAfee Endpoint Encryption. There is a problem with the motherboard on the original computer, so I'm trying to use it on another PC.

I get the error "Failed to find boot disk" with an error code of 0XEE020012.

What does this mean? Am I not able to use this hard drive on a different computer?
