Encrypted USB - Recycle Issue

Hi,

we have Imation Stealth M500 USB device, we are trying to recyle it but getting the following error:

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

i have the EUSB Admin Software on the machine. Running XP.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
