EEPC 6.2 and Touchpad issues

I am currently installing EEPC Agent and EEPC Software on my machines and I have recently encountered an odd situation on  Dell XPS 13's. When you restart one of these machines and try to login to the EEPC pre-boot screen the touchpad pointer moves all the way to the upper right corner of the screen and stays there. You cannot tab down to select the login boxes either. The funny thing is that if you do a shutdown rather than a restart the touchpad and pointer behave as expected. I am running the newest BIOS available from Dell on these machines. Has anyone else seen this issue or know a possible fix?  Thanks.
